Your Pet's Care: Frequently Asked Questions

We know that your pet is family. To help you navigate our care and services, we've gathered the most common questions our pet owners ask. If you don't find what you're looking for, our team is always just a call away.

Appointments & Visits

How do I schedule my pet's first visit?

You can easily book online or call our front desk. For first-time visitors, we suggest arriving 15 minutes early to complete initial registration paperwork.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another pet in need of care.

How should I prepare my pet for their visit?

For their safety, please ensure dogs are on a leash and cats are in a secure carrier. Bringing their favorite treats can also help make the experience more positive.

Services & Emergencies

Do you handle after-hours emergencies?

We do not provide after-hours emergency care at this time. If your pet needs urgent help outside our regular hours, we kindly recommend visiting a 24/7 emergency animal hospital in your area.

What diagnostic tools are available on-site?

We are equipped with a full in-house laboratory, digital X-rays, and ultrasound technology to get accurate results quickly for your pet's treatment plan.

Do you offer specialized surgical services?

From routine spays and neuters to advanced soft tissue procedures, our veterinary surgeons use precise techniques to ensure your pet's safety and comfort.

Payments & Records

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We also work with Cherry Pay and Care Credit to provide flexible financing options for unexpected medical costs.

How can I request my pet's medical records?

To receive your pet's medical records, please call our clinic directly or send us an email. Our team will prepare and send them within 24-48 hours.

Do you work with pet insurance providers?

While we require payment at the time of service, we are happy to provide all necessary itemized invoices to help you submit a claim to your insurance provider.
