Dr. Yoonhyung Lee
Owner & Medical Director
Dr. Yoonhyung Lee is the founder and medical director of Golden Care Animal Hospital. He began his veterinary journey at Kyungpook National University, one of Korea’s leading veterinary schools, where he earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree and became a licensed veterinarian in Korea.

Following graduation, Dr. Lee gained valuable experience working in both Korean and international pharmaceutical companies, developing a strong foundation in veterinary medicine, clinical science, and advanced therapeutics. His passion for direct patient care ultimately led him back to clinical practice.

To further expand his medical training, Dr. Lee completed one year of clinical rotations at Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine, where he deepened his knowledge of small animal medicine, diagnostics, and evidence-based treatment approaches. He later became a licensed veterinarian in the United States.

Before founding Golden Care Animal Hospital, Dr. Lee spent several years caring for pets and supporting families at Park Community Animal Hospital in Pico Rivera, where he earned the trust of clients through his compassionate approach, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality medicine.
